These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dose-technologies.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Ownership of content
The Site and all of its content — including product photography and renderings, 3D models and animations, illustrations, the Dose+ name, logo, wordmark, page design, layout, and all written copy — are owned by Dose+ (Dose Technologies) or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any imagery, 3D assets, design elements, or copy from the Site;
- use the Site's content to create or market a competing product or service, or in any way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation with us that does not exist;
- scrape, crawl for content reuse, mirror, or frame the Site, or use automated tools to harvest its images, models, or text;
- use the Dose+ name or logo in advertising, product listings, domain names, or metadata.
Press, investor, or retail partners who wish to use product imagery may request permission at hello@dose-technologies.com.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: interfere with its operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; upload or transmit malicious code; or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
3. Product information is not medical advice
Dose+ is a storage and dispensing aid. Content on the Site — including descriptions, animations, and diagrams — is for general information only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Always follow the instructions of your healthcare provider and pharmacist. Never change, skip, or substitute any medication based on information on this Site. Product depictions are illustrative; the appearance, features, and availability of Dose+ are subject to change before release, and availability may vary by region.
4. Trademarks
"Dose+" and the Dose+ logo are trademarks of Dose Technologies. All other trademarks shown are the property of their respective owners. Medication names shown in demonstrations (such as "Atorvastatin 20 mg") are illustrative examples and do not indicate any affiliation with or endorsement by any pharmaceutical manufacturer.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dose+ and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
8. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
