This Privacy Policy explains what information Dose+ ("we", "us") collects when you visit dose-technologies.com (the "Site"), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Dose+ is the connected pill storage system that helps your loved one take the right dose every time.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact inquiries. If you email us or use a contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use it only to reply to your inquiry and follow up about Dose+.
• Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address to send you the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

Information collected automatically

• Basic server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records the IP address, browser type, and pages requested for each visit. This is used for security and to keep the Site working, and is retained for a short period by the hosting provider.
• Cookie consent preference. If you use the cookie banner, your choice ("Accept all" or "Essential only") is stored in your browser's local storage so we don't ask you again. See our Cookie Policy.

What we do not collect: we do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not collect health information through this Site. Nothing you do on this marketing Site is medical data.

2. Analytics

If we enable standard analytics (such as Google Analytics) in the future, it will measure aggregate usage of the Site — pages viewed, approximate region, device type — and this Policy will be updated to describe it before it goes live. Optional analytics would only run after you accept them in the cookie banner; if you choose "Essential only", no optional analytics cookies will be set on your browser.

3. How we protect your information

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all traffic, access controls that limit who on our small team can view inquiries, and retention limits — we keep contact correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request or maintain our relationship with you. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we review our practices regularly and take steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site (for example, our hosting and email delivery providers), each bound to process it only on our instructions, and where required by law.

5. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California, the EEA/UK, and other jurisdictions with similar laws can exercise these rights by emailing us. We respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

6. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults, including caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this Policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will note that on the Site's home page.
