Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Dose+ exists to make medication easier for people — including many older adults and people with disabilities and their caregivers — so accessibility has been part of this Site from day one. We want everyone who visits dose-technologies.com to be able to get the information they need, and we are committed to conforming with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we have done
- Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element on the Site — links, buttons, the cookie banner, and the navigation links in the 3D experience — can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
- Alternative text. Meaningful images, including the Dose+ logo and product visuals, carry text descriptions; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- An accessible fallback. The 3D scroll experience has a text-based description of how Dose+ works on the home page for screen readers, crawlers, and no-JS clients, so no information is locked inside the animation.
- Reduced motion. On small screens the 3D story uses a reduced-motion presentation, and the system respects the operating-system "reduce motion" preference where available, for visitors sensitive to animation.
- Readable text. Body text uses high-contrast colors on plain backgrounds, resizable type, and layouts that reflow on small screens and with browser zoom up to 200%.
- Semantic structure. Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and labels so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
Known limitations
- The 3D scroll story is the heart of the Site, and the animation itself cannot be fully conveyed non-visually. The accessible text description covers its content, but the visual experience assumes sight.
- Demo captions for any future video content will be provided at launch; today's demonstrations are animations rather than captioned video.
- We test with mainstream browsers and common screen readers, but combinations of assistive technology and devices vary. If something doesn't work for you, we want to hear about it.
